All of these issues cannot primarily be solved by legislation. Principally we need a nation of people who can take responsibility for them selves and have christain Judeo values that give them the reference points to make the appropriate decisions in life. The more of life I see and the more constituent work I do the more convinced I am that societies trouble are moral, personal problems and not legislative blemishes.
